A$17 million penthouse: Chinese university student's home
After 5 years, a Chinese investor has finally snapped up one of Sydney's most sumptuous apartments, the Sulman Penthouse.
Featuring three bedrooms, marble ensuites, as well as an outdoor entertaining patio with stunning city and harbour vistas, the penthouse with a rooftop pool is part of an exclusive residential tower next to the city's gracious Hyde Park.
At A$17 million, it may become the most expensive student apartment in Australia, if not the world.
CBRE and Savills marketed the property. According to Nigel Napoli, the Divisional Director, Residential Projects for NSW for Savills, "This was an extraordinary sale and clearly demonstrates that the top end of the luxury housing market is gaining momentum."
