In a bid to attract high-flying Chinese buyers, Coffin is offering wealthy Chinese buyers a $250,000 tour of high-end Las Vegas villas – complete with private jet and Rolls Royce chauffeured transportation. “Chinese consumers used to come to us and say, ‘Where can I buy with $500,000?’ Now they are looking at three to four countries at the same time, “ said Juwai.com Co-CEO, Andrew Taylor.
