North America is Juwai’s biggest market, and we’re looking for tenacious new talent to help our sales and business development team continue to grow. As a Business Development Manager you will be responsible for achieving budget targets in the Agent, Broker, and Franchise development space, contributing to the North America Team and Juwai’s overall company goals.

Core functions:

  • Working with the Regional Head and the NA team, establish new relationships with North American real estate companies, marketers and media agencies to secure new accounts and properties to feature in the China market through Juwai.com.
  • Working with a solutions sales mentality, develop go to market China advertising strategies for your broker, agent and franchise clients with the focus on building brand awareness and educating Chinese consumers on the value proposition of investing in their new property offerings.
  • Prospect hunting and establishing relationships with key decision makers will be an important skill in this role. Maintaining communication and frequent updates will be necessary to secure their future business.
  • Where opportunities fall outside of Juwai’s standard offering, work with the Campaign Manager to ensure the proposed campaign can be executed efficiently and in line with the client’s expectations.
  • Provide feedback to your North America teammates on products and services that are strong sellers as well as services that are not meeting your client’s expectations,
  • Maintain an up-to-date Goldmine pipeline of contacts and proposed projects, maintaining a minimum pipeline ratio of 3:1 for proposal revenue to target objective. Manage client expectations and ongoing communication.
  • Be a Juwai brand ambassador, promoting sales of the Company’s branded products and offerings from list.juwai.com while always maintaining the professionalism the brand represents.
  • Push to close. Consistently work with Juwai’s best interest in mind, focusing on driving sales opportunities and closing new business.

Requirements:

  • Self-starter with a can-do attitude
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Post-secondary degress or equivalent
  • Ideally 2+ years of in-house sales experience (preferably in a digital advertising environment)
  • Fluent English and any additional languages are an asset
  • Experienced in working with a CRM system, SalesForce or similar for the tracking and management of proposals and opportunities
