Role: As a Data Analyst with you will be working in a fast-paced environment with stakeholders across most teams in the company, empowering them with insights to drive business. Our platform offers a unique data set that enables us to analyze user behavior and performance for clients in innovative new ways.

As a result, you will gain a great bird’s eye view of how a growing e-commerce marketing platform operates while helping to develop both internal and external data products. As a smart and driven individual, you will make an immediate impact working on complex data initiatives, from enhancing data collection to creating succinct and actionable reporting. You will tackle complex business problems by pulling in the relevant data to provide insights and recommendation systems in a number of varying business scenarios.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Two years of relevant experience in Data Analysis, with a Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline.
  • Communicate proficiently in English and, preferably, Mandarin.
  • Experience working with raw data from various systems (Salesforce, Google, SQL, Amazon Redshift, and more!).
  • Assess, plan and execute data initiatives.
  • Experience using Python programming language.
  • Experience using SQL database language.
  • Experience analyzing data, drawing conclusions and making recommendations.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team, and prioritize to meet deadlines.
  • A passion for what you do and a willingness to learn.
