Head of Australia and New Zealand (ANZ)

We’re currently in the process of expanding in the ANZ market and are looking for the right Head of ANZ to build, lead & coach the ANZ Sales Team to achieve and over-achieve budgeted revenue targets and reach Company goals both now and in the future.

Core functions:

  • Devising a feasible and strategic sales direction to drive market share, segments, accounts, product and solution sales levels;
  • Leading, hiring, managing, and ensuring that all ANZ team members are focused and that their performance is aligned with segment objectives and plans;
  • Planning, designing and implementing a strong sales framework for the territory, which includes but is not limited to, developing targets, reward systems, execution plans, activities monitoring and sales reporting on the territory;
  • Maximizing market share by creating and matching client demands with the Company’s solution offerings;
  • Promoting sales of the Company’s branded products and offerings from list.juwai.com
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships with channel partners, direct clients, agents, developers, media agencies, including but not limited to, any advertisers from, and beyond, professional services;
  • Preparing and maintaining ANZ market development plans, drive growth, review reductions and renewals;
  • Developing a pipeline and pitching sales proposals to prospective clients;
  • Being responsible for account management & development within the regions’ portfolio;
  • Working closely with other divisions to live up the Company’s values, culture and achieve regional and local business goals as one team; and
  • Working with management to review and set monthly targets, and to execute and ensure revenue targets are met each month; setting and exceeding monthly revenue target based on market size for now and the future.
  • Spearhead and manage negotiation of opportunities in pipeline Agents, Agent Franchisors, Developers and Project Marketers, which will include, but are not limited to residential, commercial and new developments
  • Support and manage negotiations of pipeline opportunities with clients
  • Negotiate and close contracts, maintain excellent client relationships, and continually build the client opportunity pipeline
  • Assist with update reports on the current market situation in ANZ. This includes conducting ongoing competitive insights based on research of sites in ANZ in order to keep track of the current and rising competitors and partners in the ANZ market.


  • Degree holder in Business Management or related disciplines;
  • At least 8 years of business experience of which at least 3 years are in team leader capacity;
  • Entrepreneurial individual with a self-starter attitude;
  • Experience spearheading, making sales presentations, and managing negotiations of opportunities in the pipeline;
  • Ability to negotiate and close contracts, maintaining excellent client relationships, customer-first mentality;
  • Experience in Media Sales and/or Real Estate is preferred;
  • Good command of English (Mandarin will be an advantage);
  • Proven record of successful development and management of a sizable sales team and achievement of sales targets; and
  • Solid experience in strategic sales and marketing activities planning and implementation
  • For individuals with broader experience in either Australia or New Zealand a more regional role will be considered.
