Sales Director - ANZ

Australia is one of Juwai’s biggest market, and we’re looking for tenacious new talent to help our sales and business development team in ANZ continue to grow. As a Sales Director you will be responsible for achieving budget targets in the Agent, Broker, and Franchise development space, contributing to the ANZ Team and Juwai’s overall company goals.

Core functions:

  • Working with the Regional Head and the ANZ team, developing strategy, tactics, sales plan to help achieve sales target, increase revenue and expand our customer base.
  • Develop and execute business strategies to deliver growth in accordance with the strategic plans.
  • Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for the territory; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
  • Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
  • Monitor and evaluate business opportunities.
  • Research and conduct studies on the ANZ market and Juwai Products and provide training to the ANZ team.
  • Working closely with other divisions to streamline business procedures and increase efficiency and to live up the Company’s values, culture and achieve regional and local business goals as one team.
  • Manage client expectations and ongoing communication.
  • Be a Juwai brand ambassador, promoting sales of the Company’s branded products and offerings from while always maintaining the professionalism the brand represents.
  • Push to close. Consistently work with Juwai’s best interest in mind, focusing on driving sales opportunities and closing new business.

  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and business development skills
  • Experience of leading a sales team, with proven successful track record in sales, and an understanding of strategic approach to long term objectives
  • Ability to negotiate large deals with companies and partners
  • Degree in Business or Marketing related fields
  • Ideally 8+ years of in-house sales experience (preferably in a digital advertising environment), with ability to coach and guide
  • Fluent English and any additional languages are an asset
  • Experienced in working with a CRM system, SalesForce or similar for the tracking and management of proposals and opportunities Lesser experience will be considered for an Associate Sales Director.
