As you gear down for the holidays, China should be gearing up right about now.

The real estate industry is known to be slow this time of year, but for your Chinese buyers, it's not holiday just yet, it's still business as usual in China. China's holiday doesn't start until 31 January for the Chinese New Year. That means if they're planning to travel and view properties during their holiday, they're researching online now.

Forbes reported that each year, over 80 million Chinese are travelling abroad and a portion of them are looking for real estate.
