There are winners and losers when it comes to Chinese tourists, reports Commercial Real Estate (9 April 2017). Chinese tourists have increasingly grown sophisticated over the years, and with many Chinese increasingly evolving from group travellers to become more adventurous free and independent travellers keen on experiential travel, destinations that can adapt to these new needs will reap the largest benefit from these changes.
