UK property listings will now be marketed to Chinese buyers on Chinese e-commerce giant JD.com's platform, reports Deal Makerz (17 April 2018). This is thanks to the latest partnership between JD.com and Juwai.com – China's largest real estate website – which will see Juwai's 2.8 million listings being advertised to JD's 300 million users. According to Juwai officials, Chinese consumers predominantly use their phone or apps to purchase property, a shopping habit that should resonate well with this latest partnership. “We are truly excited to be launching this partnership with JD.com, which is not just one of China’s but one of the globe’s most advanced commerce and e-commerce companies," said Carrie Law, Chief Executive Officer of Juwai.com.
