A recent Juwai.com report shows that Seattle has become the top destination for Chinese buyers after British Columbia imposed a 15% tax on foreign buyers, reports PRWeb (26 January 2017). Monthly enquiries for Seattle on Juwai.com rose by 66% y-o-y, whereas Vancouver dropped by 43.4% during the second half of 2016. A latest survey by Juwai.com also showed that 92% of Chinese respondents plan to travel internationally in 2017, of which 42% intend to property hunt during their holidays abroad.
