While Australia saw a decrease in potential foreign investment during 2016-17 fiscal year, there are signs in July 2018, that foreign investment is picking up, reports Australian Broker (16 August 2018). Chinese property investment rose by an annualized 10.2% in the seven months to July, up from June's comparable 9.7%.
