One-fifth of the world’s billionaires come from China – many who spend much of their fortune on properties abroad, reports CNBC (23 April 2015). According to Juwai.com, while top destinations for Chinese buyers are the US and Australia, investor interest in exotic locations such as the Caribbean and Fiji. "Many of the Chinese entrepreneurs and executives who helped lead the country's economic miracle over the past few decades are now approaching an age in which health and lifestyle become more important. They are taking advantage of their hard-earned wealth to enjoy cosmopolitan and resort-style lifestyles in attractive environment," shares Juwai.com Co-CEO, Andrew Taylor.
