Juwai.com, the largest Chinese international real estate portal, will be seeking an initial public offering (IPO) during the end of 2016 or early 2017, reports the Australian Financial Review (20 March 2016). Founded by Australians Simon Henry and Andrew Taylor, Juwai – which mean “Living Abroad” – is already in the process of raising funds from institutional investors and strategic partners. According to Juwai CEO Charles Pittar, the listing will be vital for the company’s growth. "Just on a SaaS model, we have stronger metrics than companies which are publicly listed with valuations of $US200 million," adds Taylor.
