Long & Foster and NY State MLS join Juwai.com!

We're proud to welcome aboard two new partners in the US – Long & Foster and NY State MLS!

The US has long been a favourite with China's cash-rich property investors, and Juwai data reveals that the US remains the #1 property destination for Chinese buyers seeking international property abroad.

With these two new partnerships, Chinese buyers will now find it easier than ever to property hunt in the US.

Long & Foster

Long & Foster – the largest family-owned real estate company in the US – will work together with Juwai to bring homebuyers from mainland China to the mid-Atlantic and Northeast regions.

Of the states where Long & Foster actively operate in (North Carolina, Maryland, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Virginia, West Virginia, and the District of Columbia), the current forerunner is North Carolina.

According to the Juwai.com Purchasing Intent Index, North Carolina residential properties rose 115.9% in Q2 2015, while Virginia and Maryland follow-up in second and third place with an increase of 83.3% and 77.9% respectively.

NY State MLS (NYSMLS)

Elsewhere on the East Coast, another new partner to come aboard Juwai is NY State MLS (NYSMLS), which covers all 62 counties across the New York state.

With the Big Apple as the second favourite US city for Chinese property investors, the partnership between NY State MLS and Juwai.com is timely, and will boost exposure of all NYSMLS listings to offer better access to Juwai’s monthly audience of 2.6 million Chinese HNWIs (high net worth Chinese).
