This partnership, which comes amidst insatiable Chinese demand for international property that has boomed in recent years, looks set to benefit both Tencent and Juwai users alike.

“Juwai.com is now an important part of our real estate offering. By making Juwai.com’s international property content available to Tencent’s audience, Chinese consumers will be empowered to make informed investment decisions,” said Yu Kai, General Manager of Tencent Real Estate.
According to Juwai.com CEO Charles Pittar, this alliance with Tencent not only ensures that Juwai.com international clients will be accessing the China market in a broad and considered way, but also heralds good news for Juwai.com international partners and advertisers.
"Partnerships are a vital part of Juwai.com’s growth strategy in China, and it is hard to imagine a better partner than Tencent. For our international partners and advertisers, the alliance between Juwai.com and Tencent means more traffic, more transactions, and more brand building in the crucial Chinese market," said Pittar.
