Based on research from Juwai.com, interest in Edinburgh homes has soared by 735% in the year to August. Chinese homebuyer activity in Edinburgh increased throughout the year, with only two months of downward trends. Within the same period, Chinese interest in both Oxford and Birmingham increased by 364% and 191% respectively, as compared to 175% in London.
