Why should real estate agents sit up and take notice of Golden Week? OPP Connect enlightens (24 September 2013) and advises agents around the world not to miss the golden opportunity next week to reach Chinese investors during the Chinese 'Golden Week' holiday that falls on 1 October. Andrew Taylor, Co-CEO of Juwai.com tells OPP Connect, "During 'Golden Week' we expect the greatest number of individual Chinese real estate investors to look in those countries that are top destinations for their money overall," and lists the United States, Australia, United Kingdom, Canada and Germany as the top five countries as of August 2013. One of Juwai.com's customers, David Douglas of Caijina, who is based in London but is currently in China, already has twelve appointments with visitors for Golden Week. "We are struggling to manage the enormous interest levels. We attribute the enthusiasm in part to our web programme run by Juwai over the last few months," explains Mr. Douglas.
