Anybusiness.com.au has partnered with Juwai.com to market businesses for sale to Chinese investors, reports Property Portal Watch (22 July 2014). Buyers from China and India account for 30-50% of inquiries for purchasing Australian businesses, and Anybusiness.com.au is the first to market its listings in China. There are some 15% of Juwai.com's 1.5 million monthly visitors that could be interested in buying a business overseas, and this will help Australian business sellers capitalise on interest from Chinese business investors.
