According to the leading Chinese international property website, 40% of Chinese enquiries for Australian property in the first 7 months in 2017 were for properties in Melbourne, followed by Sydney (17.5%). “Enquiries for properties in Melbourne rose 13.3% compared to the same period last year, higher than the global growth of 8.7%.
