Australian property agents and developers who do not speak Chinese will soon have a new way to service Chinese buyers, reports News.com.au (26 April 2018). Top Chinese real estate website Juwai.com and Singou Technology have joined hands to launch Mandarin-speaking AI-powered robots capable of assisting international agents and developers to better communicate and serve potential Chinese buyers. “The robot is essentially a carrier that lets our AI consumer service engine be present in real estate sales offices anywhere in the world," said Carrie Law, CEO of Juwai.com.
