Rich Chinese buyers are flocking to Sydney's suburb of Barangaroo in Australia, reports Property Observer (4 June 2018). Bangaroo's popularity with China homebuyers have skyrocketed in recent years, and such huge demand has led Jane Zhao, Sales Director and Principal of Mango Real Estate, to believe that Chinese buyers are the definite market to go to with Barangaroo listings. “I used Juwai.com to penetrate the Chinese market. They have cash. Everything is cash. They don’t need loans. I have many more buyers who want to purchase in Barangaroo, but there just isn’t enough inventory," said Zhao.
