89% of users on Chinese international property platform Juwai.com seeking Canadian homes hailed from mainland China, reports Mortgage Broker News (6 July 2018). The remaining percentage of Juwai users either came from Canada or other overseas locations, as revealed in a recent report released by Juwai.com. The report further shared that buyers from China enquired $1.45 billion worth of Canadian real estate in 2017 alone, and that Toronto, Vancouver, Montreal, Calgary, and Ottawa were the top 5 most popular destinations for Chinese buyers.
