Striking the right balance between intervention and indifference, a company’s Board can become a powerful tool for the company's growth, said Juwai IQI executive chairman Georg Chmiel in an article he penned for Entrepreneur (18 February 2020). While Many CEOs consider their Boards as challenges than a resource but at Juwai IQI, Board members bring morale to the business, have management responsibilities, and helped with the recruiting of senior team members, added Chmiel.
