UAE developers expect the number of Chinese buyer’s online enquires to increase, reported ZAWYA (6 April 2020). According to a Juwai IQI report, Chinese buyers spend more time online to advance the early stage of the buying process during the COVID-19 travel restrictions. Chinese buyer online activity has increased in January. "People who are staying home spend their time by going online. They have more time to do research, search for a property and make enquiries," explained Juwai IQI Executive Chairman Georg Chmiel.
