According to Georg Chmiel, Executive Chairman of Juwai IQI and Chairman of ASX-listed iCar Asia, many online real estate entrepreneurs become obsessed with a technology, but do not understand their customers' needs, reports Techinasia (28 May 2020). Chmiel said proptech companies should build their businesses on providing something that people want but don't have yet, instead of around a flashy new piece of tech.
