Michael Jackson fans will be ecstatic to learn that they can now take an unprecedented glimpse of Michael Jackson’s life at home before his passing. A 1.8-acre Las Vegas gated estate, once home to the King of Pop from 2007 till 2009, will be up for sale for a whopping $19.5 million, and showcased at the premier Top Marques luxury event in Shanghai later this week, reports The Wall Street Journal (24 October 2013).
Comprising 3 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, and 1 large conference room, the 8,500-sq. ft. and 3-story main house also comes complete with the convenience and luxury of an elevator and spa rooms. Besides the main house, the estate also includes a tennis court, a basketball court, a fountain, as well as a large guesthouse and a chapel designed in a Gothic style.
Alongside Juwai.com, Miami-based listing broker, Eddy Martinez, from World Properties, will be marketing this luxury estate to China's most affluent buyers.
"Many Chinese are/were Michael Jackson fanatics," said Mr. Martinez. "For a really wealthy fan of Michael Jackson, it would be a dream come true to own the home where Michael lived and recorded/created his music."
