Juwai.com and the Corcoran Group have joined hands to bring the New York-based real estate brokerage company's listings to Chinese buyers, reports the Real Deal (5 December 2016). Juwai.com will serve as an intermediary for Corcoran in China, helping it build its Wechat channel, translate listings, and send a representative to train its agents in best practices in the Chinese market. According to Juwai.com President of the Americas Matthew Moore, Chinese buyers still favour properties located in New York. “It’s a strategic alignment as many Chinese consider New York the most exciting and highly attractive city in North America as evidenced by Chinese investment in New York properties’ significant rise over the past five years,” said Moore.
