Chinese boom yet to really hit Western property markets

From large property investments to increasing consumption of luxury goods, it is undeniable that the Chinese are making their presence felt in markets globally. But some analysts are arguing that what we're feeling now is only just the beginning.
Luxury professional Rupert Hoogewerf, believes that the peak of wealthy Chinese spending wont come for at least another 5 years. He argues that HNW Chinese are only just starting to spread their wings when it comes to spending large sums of money overseas.
