Juwai to bring international agents and China agents together
By Juwai, 29 January 2014
This 13 March 2014, international agents from all over the world will gather at the Portman Ritz-Carlton for an unprecedented agent-to-agent event to meet top local agents.
With Chinese consumers storming international property markets, agents and developers are looking for more and new ways to extend their reach and build their network in China in hopes of generating more leads and sales.
Top Chinese agents that have been selected from a database of 20,000 will be the most valuable to international agents looking to build a successful network of allies in China.
This first-of-its-kind agent-to-agent event will also offer international agents the chance to learn from veteran speakers about how to work with Chinese agents and buyers.
Agents will learn about Chinese consumers’ mindsets and buying behaviour, and find out how to do business more effectively in China. From local nuances and practical tips to expert advice and cultural insights, topics at the Summit will equip agents with the knowledge needed to penetrate the Chinese market.
The Summit commences just days before the Shanghai Overseas Property and Investment Immigration Show – Shanghai’s most famous and largest property exhibition – making it the perfect opportunity for agents to come for a week to attend both events consecutively to learn from experts, build their network and brand, and possibly get more leads.
Seats at the Summit are limited to 40 international agents!
