Ray White Group – Australia's largest real estate brand – has just signed on to be the newest partner of Juwai.com, reports Property Portal Watch (18 August 2014). From 1 September onwards, all Ray White listings encompassing Australia, New Zealand and Indonesia will be solely marketed to Chinese buyers on Juwai.com. This agreement also marks Juwai's coup as the exclusive partner with not one, but four of the biggest and most prominent property networks in Australia and New Zealand. “With 1.5 million users, Juwai.com has the biggest audience and has been the market leader since 2010. Baidu, China’s search giant, gives Juwai.com a page rank of 4, but gives myfun.com.au and soufun’s international property website together a combined page rank of only 2," says the Joint Chairman of the Ray White Group, Brian White. According to Andrew Taylor, Juwai.com Co-CEO, over $3 billion dollars worth of leads was directed to Australian agents via Juwai.com within the first six months of 2014 alone.
