A new report by Juwai.com reveals Melbourne as the most popular Australian destination for Chinese property buyers, reports The Australian (28 October 2015).  According to Juwai Co-CEO Simon Henry, foreign investors are interested in the city thanks to its large number of new residential developments compared to others. The Juwai Purchasing Intent Index of Victoria and Melbourne has risen 74% and 92% respectively, adds Henry. [This article is available on subscription only].
