"There are thousands of personal and business coaches in Australia and it sometimes seems like there are hundreds of real estate coaches. Is coaching important? It can be," writes Georg Chmiel, executive chairman of Juwai IQI, as a columnist for The Real Estate Conversation (2 September 2020). According to Chmiel, good coaching can be a crucial support that helps agents and property managers break through barriers, surpass past performance levels, and achieve unexpected success while bad coaching can turn out to be a waste of time and money and be counterproductive. Chmiel says Juwai IQI provides coaching to its team of more than 10,000 real estate agents, who are mostly based in Asia, and shared some insights into what the company has learned about coaching a real estate team.
