The new partnership gives CDAR’s over 3,000 members access to China!

This alliance is a perfect match, given CDAR is based in the Coachella Valley, near Los Angeles, and the Chinese love for California has always been strong.

California reigns as the #1 state in the US for Chinese buyers.1

What drives Chinese buyers to California?

There are a number of reasons why California appeals to Chinese buyers, including first-rate education offerings, appealing lifestyle, and massive existing Chinese population in major cities, such as San Francisco and Los Angeles.

California is home to Caltech, Stanford, and Berkeley – three first-class universities ranked amongst the world’s top 10 best universities.2

The state has also had a long history with Chinese immigrants, which over the years has resulted in one of the largest Chinese populations outside of China. This in turn, has spawned a plethora of Chinese services, retail stores, schools, and more that cater to Chinese speakers.

So it’s no surprise Los Angeles has dominated the top of Hurun’s lists as the top emigration and property investment destination for Chinese high net worth individuals (HNWI) for two consecutive years now.3, 4

Let’s not forget the attractive image Hollywood has painted of California, as well as its close proximity to China (compared to other US states). These combined elements are why California still tops the chart in popularity with Chinese real estate investors.

Juwai data shows Chinese investor enquiries for California homes on Juwai.com increased 52.2% in November y-o-y.

CDAR benefits with Juwai

With this partnership, all CDAR members can get their listings live on Juwai.com by simply activating their Juwai account.

Once activated, listings get instant visibility behind China’s Great Firewall, reaching over 2.6 million monthly Chinese property seekers.

They’ll also be accessible and searchable on Juwai’s mobile app and mobile site, as well as supported by our Chinese Consumer Support Centre in Shanghai.

89% of China’s 668 million internet users access the web from mobile devices.5

According to Beverly Fitzgerald, President of CDAR, shaking hands with Juwai gives CDAR members and their clients “a real benefit by generating exposure with the biggest and fastest growing international buyer market in the state.”

This also will also help CDAR members get better international reach for their clients, as well as access a powerful new group of buyers.

A hearty welcome to all CDAR members!
